About The Position

The BI Developer delivers reporting and dashboarding solutions for Faith Technologies Incorporated’s new Acumatica ERP platform. The role translates business requirements into visual insights that support data-driven decisions and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure critical business metrics are available, reliable, and performant. The position contributes to large-scale data efforts and supports business partners and project managers involved in the Acumatica rollout. It leads reporting project development while maintaining accuracy, organization, and initiative.

Requirements

At least 2 years of direct work experience in BI development, data analysis, or a similar capacity.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, Generic Inquiries, and interactive dashboards within Acumatica ERP.
Create visualizations using Power BI or similar tools to help leadership track KPIs across markets such as Data Centers and Energy Products.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate Acumatica data with SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
Work with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
Implement data quality checks to ensure financial and operational reports are accurate, consistent, and audit ready.
Administer and optimize reporting queries to improve performance and minimize system downtime.
Document data models, reporting logic, and dashboard configurations.
Keep current with Acumatica updates and BI trends and recommend enhancements to FTI’s data strategy.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
