Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced BI Analyst/Developer to join our team. This strategic role reports directly to the Vice President of Software Development and is responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Organized Living's business systems, reporting platforms, data governance initiatives, and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate is a business-minded technology leader who excels at turning data into actionable insights while driving operational efficiency across organization. The BI Analyst/Developer serves as a key technology and business partner across Organized Living, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Software Development, and Executive Leadership. This role is responsible for maximizing the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and related business applications while supporting strategic initiatives through business intelligence, analytics, automation, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business systems administration, CRM management, or related disciplines, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives and business improvement projects.
Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar CRM platforms) and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple business systems, including CRM, ERP, financial, sales, marketing, and operational applications.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, automation, and technology solutions that improve business performance.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, data modeling, reporting best practices, and system integration concepts.
Experience leading business process improvement, workflow automation, and technology enablement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, overseeing system configuration, data integrity, user support, reporting, training, and adoption across the organization.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Integrate and analyze data from CRM, ERP, financial, sales, marketing, and other business systems to deliver accurate, consistent, and meaningful business intelligence.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to identify reporting requirements, establish key performance metrics, and provide strategic insights that improve business performance.
Lead business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve system utilization, and increase organizational efficiency.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions, system enhancements, integrations, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
Establish and maintain data governance practices, data quality standards, documentation, and processes that ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of company information.
Manage data imports, migrations, transformations, and ongoing database maintenance while ensuring compliance with organizational and reporting requirements.
Monitor reporting performance and data quality, proactively identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
Foster strong collaboration between business and technical teams while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
