The Beverage Supervisor provides Food and Beverage services throughout the golf club, including the restaurant, snack bar, beverage cart, etc. The Beverage Supervisor responsibilities include assisting the Beverage Manager in front-of-house scheduling, inventory control, and supports events/tournaments with food and beverage services. This position reports directly to the Beverage Manager and the club’s General Manager. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Have flexibility in their schedule and is required to assist/adjust as needed. Assist the Beverage Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day Restaurant and Bar Operations. Assist the Beverage Manager with the front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Partner with the Beverage Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage team, prepare and manage work schedules, and ensure daily operations run efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Serve guests from the club’s restaurant, snack bar, or beverage cart based on business need. Present a clean and orderly bar, restaurant, beverage carts, and storage areas with front-of-house presence. Represent the golf club in a professional and friendly manner and exhibit pride in the success of the golf course to guests, staff, and any other parties. Work on the floor as it comes first before any duties. When leaving the floor, they must alert the on-site food & beverage staff. Enhance and strengthen guest relationships, established and new. Ensure the food & beverage operation is in accordance with the standards set by Cabot-Managed Properties. Inventory and cost control: Manage inventory levels and controlling costs to maximize probability. Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
