About The Position
Join The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a Beverage Cart Attendant, providing beverage service to guests enjoying the resort’s golf course and grounds. Deliver a courteous, professional experience while operating and maintaining the beverage cart, supporting inventory, and following health and safety requirements. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and handling guest transactions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to operate a beverage cart safely and responsibly.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate the beverage cart efficiently and safely throughout the golf course and resort grounds.
- Serve beverages and snacks to guests courteously and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and its supplies.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Track inventory levels and report shortages.
