About The Position
Bear Creek Golf Club is hiring outgoing, high-energy Beverage Cart Attendants and Servers to take care of guests across its 36 holes and event spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, working at a fast pace, and making guests' days better.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be able to obtain TABC certification.
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help guests with food and beverage selections, including making recommendations, sharing current specials, and promoting products and services.
- Take payment for beverages and snacks, adhering to established cash handling procedures.
- Verify age and ensure alcoholic beverages are not served to anyone under 21.
- Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards.
- Keep the cart, snack bar, golf course, and surrounding facilities clean and organized.
- Complete cart set-up and breakdown procedures each shift.
