About The Position

At MJH Life Sciences, we are seeking a Benefits and Wellness Coordinator to administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, total rewards initiatives, and corporate wellness strategies that support employee well-being and organizational performance. You will manage day-to-day benefits operations, develop engaging internal communications, coordinate wellness programming, and support compensation and recognition initiatives — all while serving as a knowledgeable, responsive resource for employees navigating their benefits. Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting HR functions, with knowledge of employee benefits, wellness coordination, or compensation strategies
  • An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to draft benefits communications, build wellness content, summarize program data, and streamline administrative workflows — and you can speak to how they improve what you deliver to employees
  • Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and organizational skills — you manage complex, high-volume workflows accurately and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate benefits and wellness information into clear, engaging content that employees actually read and act on
  • Employee-focused and service-oriented — you handle every interaction, from routine questions to complex benefits issues, with professionalism and care
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes initiative without waiting to be asked
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their HR, benefits, or wellness coordination work. This includes: Specific tools in active use and how they support benefits communications drafting, wellness content creation, program reporting, or HRIS data management; Examples of how AI has helped you produce clearer employee-facing materials, analyze participation data, or handle high-volume administrative tasks more efficiently; How you use AI responsibly when working with sensitive employee benefits and compensation information; Bonus: examples of AI-assisted communications, wellness campaigns, or administrative workflows that improved employee engagement, program participation, or operational accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with all applicable benefits regulations
  • Coordinate wellness activities and programs including fitness challenges, mental health workshops, and wellness fairs — managing logistics, communications, and follow-through from planning through execution
  • Monitor and evaluate wellness program effectiveness through participation metrics and employee feedback, using AI to analyze results and surface insights that inform future programming
  • Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, and other communications channels that promote wellness initiatives and drive employee participation
  • Assist with coordination and execution of employee wellness and philanthropic efforts, including back-end administration such as tracking and processing
  • Support data entry, reporting, and analysis related to salary structures, market benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives
