About The Position

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will participate in the development and maintenance of Solotech's benefits programs and policies for our offices in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with various teams to plan and complete various projects related to employee benefits and well-being. You will be called upon to work in a growing and constantly changing organizational context. You will understand organizational issues and play an advisory role to internal partners through your recommendations, while actively participating in policy administration activities and playing a central role in maintaining competitive programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or any other field deemed relevant
  • Strong analytical, synthetic, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude, innovation and intellectual curiosity
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Bilingualism essential (French and English), both oral and written.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficiency in computer tools (PPT, Excel) and HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor all activities related to annual employee benefit plan renewals for Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, including financial analyses, cost projections, strategic recommendations and executive presentations.
  • Participate in the development, optimization and deployment of competitive benefits programs aligned with the company's overall strategy, while ensuring their adaptation to the legal, tax and cultural realities of the different regions.
  • Act as a consultant to HR teams, managers, financial partners and the payroll team on the interpretation, application and governance of benefits and wellness programs.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (consultants, insurers, suppliers and brokers), coordinate tenders and contract renewals, and ensure continuous optimization of services and costs.
  • Produce and maintain benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of programs and support strategic decision-making on a global scale.
  • Develop, write and disseminate clear and engaging communication and training tools for employees and managers to improve the understanding, accessibility and promotion of the programs offered.
  • Analyze complex internal issues related to benefits, employee experience or cost management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions adapted to different markets.
  • Develop campaigns to increase employee engagement and recognition.
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to ensure proactive and rigorous management of employee benefits programs.
  • Continuously monitor trends, best practices, regulatory developments and innovation opportunities in benefits, health and wellness across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's wellness strategy to support the overall health of employees in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • Coordinate wellness initiatives with HR teams and external partners.
  • Act as a resource person to answer questions about wellness programs and collaborate to optimize these programs.
  • Collaborate in the prevention of psychosocial risks by analyzing data to recommend initiatives that improve employee health and well-being.
