Requirements

Bilingual required
Display solid experience of managing projects, ideally multiple projects concurrently
Have previous experience of implementation consulting for an software product
Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees
Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital
Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused

Nice To Haves

Ideally (but not necessarily) possess a degree
Responsible for actively developing the Solutions Delivery team through developing methodologies and active participation in Knowledge Sharing and Learning & Development.
Experience helping to improve processes and give feedback to the wider team and management

Responsibilities

Delivering on complex projects, wellbeing solutions, Mercer Retiree Solution, annual flex renewal projects, client projects, and projects for a wide range of wellbeing and benefits administration clients.
Consulting with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements and document
Managing project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and Change Control
Preparing system functional specifications
Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity
Supporting our consulting team as a knowledge expert for benefits administration implementations
