About The Position

The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a long-term remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The agency provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching to help qualified individuals transition into the industry. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to review available benefit options and assist families with enrollment. The focus is on making the career transition simple, structured, and supportive, addressing common challenges like licensing, training, technology, and learning a new industry. This role does not involve cold calling, door knocking, or purchasing leads; instead, qualified candidates utilize company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems. The opportunity requires a state insurance license, with assistance provided for navigating the Georgia Temporary License pathway or potential licensing scholarship assistance for qualified candidates in other states. The role is currently available to qualified candidates residing in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri, with additional states considered based on licensing and onboarding availability.
