About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a long-term remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The role involves working with members and families who request information about available union and association benefits. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to review options and assist with enrollment when appropriate. The agency focuses on a simple, structured, and supportive onboarding process to help individuals transition into the industry, addressing common challenges like licensing, technology, and learning a new field. The position is for an independent contractor with provided training and mentorship.
Requirements
- Reliable internet connection
- Computer or laptop (Windows 11, 8GB RAM)
