About The Position

The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a long-term remote career in client support and benefits services. No prior insurance experience is required. The agency provides structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching. Team members will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to review available union and association benefits and assist families with enrollment. The process is designed to be simple, structured, and supportive, addressing common challenges like licensing, technology, and learning a new industry. The role involves working with company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems, with no cold calling, door knocking, or lead purchasing required. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity.

Requirements

Reliable internet connection
Computer or laptop (windows 11, 8g ram)
Quiet workspace for virtual client meetings
State insurance license (assistance provided for Georgia Temporary License pathway; potential scholarship assistance for initial resident state licensing costs for qualified candidates not in Georgia)
Residing in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, or Washington D.C. (additional states may be considered).
