Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

Nice To Haves

Experience with self-funded insurance
COBRA administration experience
Experience in employee benefits, third-party administration, healthcare administration, or eligibility processing

Responsibilities

Maintain employee eligibility records within the claims software system.
Monitor and reconcile COBRA premium payments.
Coordinate timely processing to support accurate reporting.
Communicate regularly with customers, employees, former employees, dependents, and HR representatives, answering questions and providing outstanding service.
