The organization is a national nonprofit committed to serving those in need, sponsoring various social services like hospices, schools, childcare centers, hospitals, and more. The Benefits Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for the administration, communication, and coordination of employee benefit programs. This role ensures employees receive clear, compassionate, timely, and accurate support regarding health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, leave benefits, open enrollment, and related HR processes.
