The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation, and all leave of absences to include FMLA, are processed accurately and effectively. This role supports the Agency mission through efficient and organized office management, meeting the needs of both internal and external customers and employees.
