About The Position

Quantum Metric is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join the People Operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of U.S. benefits programs, handling key areas such as benefits enrollment, employee education, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth and consistent experience. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and contributes to delivering competitive, compliant, and employee-focused benefits programs. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of U.S. benefits administration and a strong interest in building a career within Total Rewards. As the Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Quantum Metric's Benefits Programs, helping to develop and administer all benefit packages, including healthcare, dental, vision, wellness programs, and 401(k). You will work closely with internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to maintain effective programs and address employee needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong data management skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support benefit enrollments, life events, and ongoing administration
  • Maintain benefits data within HRIS and carrier systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires and employee benefit questions
  • Support the coordination and execution of Benefits Open Enrollment
  • Create and maintain clear employee-facing benefits materials and resources
  • Audit benefits invoices and ensure accuracy across benefit billing and system data
  • Partner with brokers and vendors to maintain strong service and resolve escalations
  • Support wellness initiatives and employee wellbeing programs
  • Assist with the administration of leave of absence processes
  • Ensure compliance with US regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA)
  • Review programs regularly and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market trends
