In this role, you'll assist participants and beneficiaries with benefit-related inquiries and guide them through the benefits process. Ideal candidates will have experience with pension plans and defined benefit (DB) accounts. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively navigate multiple systems while assisting participants in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing inbound calls
- Answering questions regarding kits that has been sent to the beneficiaries
- Performing walk throughs on forms that beneficiaries will need to complete in order to commence their benefits
- Checking on stop and reissuing cases
- Managing inboxes
- Collaborating with the team
