About The Position

As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you will support customers by answering inbound calls related to defined benefit pension plans and retirement programs. You will assist callers with questions regarding pension eligibility, benefit calculations, retirement estimates, payment options, required documentation, and other pension-related inquiries. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately process information while managing a steady call volume. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced call center environment and handling detailed retirement-related information.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Knowledge of retirement eligibility, benefit calculations, and pension-related inquiries
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and process transactions accurately
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass required background screening and/or drug test
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

Responsibilities
