This role involves working autonomously on-site with minimal supervision, though supervisor support is available virtually. The position requires the ability to adjust quickly to changes in tasks or assignments and interact with extremely vulnerable clients, necessitating patience and strong interpersonal skills. Local travel may be required based on immediate needs. Senior-level subject matter expertise (SME) is required for complex CA, NA, and MA cases, along with adaptability to various caseload demographic types and typical benefit cases. The role involves determining client eligibility for Medical Assistance (MA), Nutrition Assistance (NA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Cash Assistance programs through interviews and determinations.
