This position will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and other wellness and voluntary benefits. This role focuses heavily on benefits enrollment administration, process auditing, data integrity, and reconciliations to ensure accurate employee elections, payroll deductions, vendor eligibility files, and carrier billing. The Benefits Analyst serves as an HRIS and benefits systems expert, leveraging technology to streamline processes, maintain compliance, resolve data discrepancies, support open enrollment, and provide reporting and analysis that drive operational efficiency and an exceptional employee experience.
