About The Position

This role is responsible for administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining a high level of customer service. The administrator will handle confidential information with discretion and approach problem-solving with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset. Familiarity with HR software, particularly UKG, and payroll processes is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant HR related tasks required
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems preferred, specifically UKG
  • Familiarity with payroll processes preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
