The Benefits Administrator will support the agency’s comprehensive benefits and payroll programs. This role will oversee key employee benefit functions, including VSDP, FMLA, ADA, leave administration, retirement, workers’ compensation, and employee service awards, while working closely with payroll operations and leading new hire benefits orientation. The agency is seeking a proactive problem solver and collaborative team member with the ability to research complex issues and accurately interpret policy. This individual should be a self-starter who takes initiative, responds promptly and professionally to employee benefit needs, and resolves matters with both accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a high-volume environment, adapt to change, and contribute to building organized processes and structure within a growing and evolving agency.
