The ideal candidate, under general supervision of the Human Resources Director, and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, will administer and manage employee benefits programs and support employees with benefit-related inquires. She or he will serve as a subject matter expert, partner with leadership and vendors, and ensure programs are competitive and compliant.
