The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Account Service Representative to join its growing team. This role focuses on administering and supporting Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). The ideal candidate takes initiative, demonstrates accountability, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks requiring precision and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Professional phone presence and strong phone etiquette
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities
Ability to successfully pass a background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year customer service experience

Responsibilities

Accurately process and manage data related to FSA and HSA accounts, including high-volume numeric and data entry tasks
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and participants via phone and email
Respond to inquiries regarding account activity, claims, and eligibility in a professional and timely manner
Review and verify information for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
Maintain detailed records and documentation of communications and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service quality
