The Partners Group currently has an exciting opportunity for a client-focused employee benefits professional to join our Employee Benefits team in Renton, Washington as a Benefits Account Manager. In this role, you’ll manage a dedicated book of mid-to-large group employee benefits clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across renewals, compliance, and day-to-day needs. By coordinating marketing efforts, analyzing plan performance, and guiding clients through complex benefits decisions, you’ll directly support their ability to offer competitive, compliant programs to their employees. Your work will help strengthen long-term client relationships and contribute to retention, growth, and overall service excellence across the Employee Benefits team. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management with behind-the-scenes execution, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work in a high-volume environment.
