Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted partner for employers—providing guidance on plan design, compliance, and changes while delivering training and representing MERS at meetings and events.
  • Support the full lifecycle of retirement plans—from onboarding and setup to actuarial coordination, valuations, and ongoing plan enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert, helping to align efforts, improve processes, and support organization-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain clean data, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly while driving continuous improvement and key projects forward (including actuarial timelines and major deliverables).
