This role puts you at the center of client relationships and retention. You’ll manage an assigned book of business, handle routine and moderately complex client accounts, and look for ways to grow coverage and services while keeping existing business strong. You’ll work with senior buyers and day-to-day client contacts, and you’ll partner with internal resources to support client risk and capital management needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

  • Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day care of your accounts and help keep each client relationship moving in the right direction.
  • Stay close to client needs, keeping routine service work on track, and helping renewals run smoothly.
  • Look for ways to expand coverage levels and add services that fit the client’s goals.
  • Bring in the right internal partners when a client issue needs extra support.
  • Help make sure communication stays clear between clients, support teams, and account leaders.
  • Coordinate administrative support and customer service work.
  • Support an Account Executive or Broker Producer when needed.
