About The Position

Signet Jewelers is hiring entry-level and experienced Jewelers for its Field Design & Service Center Team. Depending on skillset, team members restore jewelry, complete repairs, and design custom pieces while delivering a customer-first experience. The role offers opportunities to develop from beginner to artisan through jeweler training programs, continuous learning, and a promote-from-within environment. Pay is based on current jeweler skillset and experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bench jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service orientation and a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.

Responsibilities

• Restore jewelry to its original appearance.
• Perform jewelry repairs, including chain and clasp repair, prong retipping, stone setting, mounting creation, channel and platinum rebuilds, and minor ring repairs.
• Create custom jewelry and one-of-a-kind pieces.
• Perform wax carving, fabrication, casting, and CAD/CAM design work as applicable to skillset.
• Deliver a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.
