About The Position

Paulo Cleveland is seeking a Production Team Member to work as a Belt Furnace Operator on the 3rd shift. This is a full-time position located at 4428 Hamann Pkwy, Willoughby, OH 44094. The role involves operating a belt furnace to process parts, requiring attention to detail and the ability to monitor and adjust furnace variables. The company emphasizes internal promotion, with a significant percentage of operators and managers having started as Team Members.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
3 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

Transport parts to the staging area for production using equipment such as forklifts, hoists or pallet jacks.
Visually inspect parts for defects, and position fixtures and parts.
Load parts on the furnace belt as instructed on the Shop Order.
Monitor the furnace, adjusting process variables such as temperature, belt speed, hydrogen flow scopes, and current, as required.
Maintain traceability of all orders.
Unload parts after processing in accordance with Shop Order.
Communicate production problems to a supervisor and/or operator.
