About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bellperson to join the team at Hotel Cala, a new luxury hotel in Tampa scheduled to open in January 2027. The role supports guests by handling luggage and other items, assisting with room changes and guest requests, and transporting guests in the hotel van. The position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a bellperson.
• At least a high school education.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and drug screening.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to their rooms.
• Help with changing guest rooms, delivering messages, and requesting taxis for guests.
• Operate the hotel van to transport hotel guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel van.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
