About The Position

As a Bellperson/Porter at Hilton Omaha, you assist guests with transporting and storing luggage while delivering welcoming, memorable hospitality experiences. You greet and escort arriving and departing guests, help them get acquainted with their rooms and amenities, transport guests to designated destinations using property vehicles, and keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests.
• Transport guest luggage and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
