About The Position

The Houseperson at Hilton Omaha helps create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and condition of designated hotel areas, assisting guests, and supporting housekeeping operations. The role includes cleaning public areas, delivering requested items, assisting with room cleaning as needed, organizing supplies, completing periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reporting repair or maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
