About The Position

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helping maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready environment. The role includes cleaning public areas, restocking housekeeping supplies, responding promptly to guest requests, assisting Room Attendants with heavier tasks, and reporting maintenance concerns. The position requires physical activity throughout the shift and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells, to brand standards.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and sanitizing.
Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
Promptly deliver guest-requested items such as rollaways, cribs, towels, and amenities.
Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks, including linen removal, furniture movement, and setup needs.
Monitor the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas and report maintenance concerns.
Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
