About The Position
The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by safely transporting guests to and from local destinations, assisting with luggage, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of shuttles, the front drive, and the lobby to ensure guest comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with a great attitude.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Strong communication skills to handle questions and concerns.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed.
- Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized.
