About The Position

A Hotel Bellman is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, and handling any guest requests or concerns. The bellman is the first point of contact for guests and must be knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have clean South Carolina Driver's License
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with luggage.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the hotel and its amenities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
