Welcomes all guests to the casino and assists guests with luggage to and from their vehicles as well as to their hotel room. Informs guests of the hotel’s facilities and hours of operation when assisting them to their room. Issues luggage claim tags and stores luggage in the bell closet when necessary. Responds to guest inquiries and directs guests around the hotel. Explains the proper use of the keys system and ensures the guests' satisfaction with their room. Accurately gives directions, information, and recommendations. Ensures organization and cleanliness of all work areas. Complies with all reasonable requests made by management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations. All other duties as assigned.
