About The Position
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Assistant is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
Requirements
- General knowledge related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, snow removal, floor machines and a general understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.
- One (1) year prior experience in a related field required.
- Snowplow experience and be able to pass a company insurance check!
