About The Position

The Bellperson is part of the guest services team at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort, a beachfront resort in Kauai, Hawaii. This role helps create welcoming and memorable guest stays by assisting with luggage, sharing information about the hotel and local attractions, escorting guests to their rooms, and attending to guest requests. The position involves delivering attentive service and helping maintain an organized lobby.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior guest services or bell experience.
• A valid CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and in a friendly manner upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage, providing prompt and efficient service.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and facilities.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested.
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to support a memorable stay.
