About The Position

Join our team at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, where exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Bell Person to welcome guests and provide outstanding support throughout their stay. The Bell Person is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression for resort guests by providing luggage assistance, escorting guests to their rooms, sharing resort information, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role plays an important part in ensuring every guest experiences warm hospitality and personalized attention.

Requirements

Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic
Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
Escort guests to guest rooms and explain resort amenities and services
Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment
Deliver messages, packages, and guest requests promptly
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance areas, golf carts, and courtesy van
Support Front Office operations and participate in team meetings
Respond promptly to guest needs and guest requests to ensure an exceptional experience
Follow resort service standards and safety procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
