About The Position

The Bell Captain is responsible for checking guest and visitor baggage and maintaining the security of the baggage room. This role coordinates group baggage arrivals with the concierge and sales departments, ensuring hotel guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient bell services. The Bell Captain also promotes positive public relations and performs other duties as assigned.
