Requirements

• A keen eye for detail.
• Respect the importance that impeccable hospitality is required of the role.
• Do not shy away from physical work and can lift up luggage that could weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Pride in organizational and time management skills.
• Looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leading the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team while ensuring exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Overseeing luggage assistance, valet parking operations, transportation services, and the overall flow of the hotel entrance.
• Serving as a leader within the Front Office, ensuring team members deliver outstanding hospitality, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and guest service.
