Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's warm climate.
Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with genuine Southern hospitality and an enthusiastic attitude.
Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
Escort guests to accommodations while highlighting resort amenities, dining, golf, beaches, marina, shopping, and activities.
Answer questions and provide recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay.
Coordinate luggage storage and delivery with efficiency and care.
Assist with transportation requests and communicate with resort shuttle services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Welcome Center entrance.
Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Security, and Transportation teams to create seamless guest experiences.
Anticipate guest needs before they even ask.
Create memorable moments through exceptional service and positive interactions.
