Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent guest service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to create a fun guest experience.
Bartending experience preferred, but hospitality-minded individuals with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a team player.
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season schedules.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve Fat Tuesday's famous frozen cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency.
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests smiling and coming back.
Engage with guests by recommending flavors, upgrades, and specialty beverages.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Replenish liquor, mixers, cups, fruit garnishes, ice, and other supplies throughout your shift.
Follow all responsible alcohol service standards and company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences during busy periods.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties.
Support fellow team members wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
