About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA company providing compassionate, evidence-based support to children diagnosed with autism, young adults, and families in home, school, and clinic settings. This entry-level role provides 40 hours of paid online training and does not require prior ABA experience. The position offers opportunities to support children’s development while gaining experience and pursuing RBT certification, with application and exam fees covered. The available schedule in Claremont, California, is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for working with children and families.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus but is not required.
• A degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to children with autism.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Help children develop life and communication skills.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families.
