FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Case Manager / Case Coordinator to join our Behavioral Intervention (BI) Program. In this leadership role, you'll coordinate services for children and families while supervising a team of Behavioral Interventionists who provide intensive, trauma-informed, in-home support. Every day brings the opportunity to coach staff, strengthen families, and help children remain safely in their homes and communities. At Foster Adopt Connect (FAC), every role has a direct impact on helping children and families build safer, healthier futures. For more than 25 years, we've partnered with children, caregivers, and communities across Kansas and Missouri to create innovative solutions for families involved in the child welfare system. We believe our employees deserve the same support and investment that we provide to the families we serve. We foster a collaborative culture where leaders are accessible, professional growth is encouraged, and every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The Behavioral Intervention (BI) Program provides intensive, trauma-informed, in-home services to children and teens experiencing significant behavioral and emotional challenges, many of whom have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect. Our Behavioral Interventionists (BIs) work one-on-one with children and their caregivers to build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, improve daily living skills, and promote long-term family stability through engaging, relationship-based interventions. Unlike traditional case management positions, our Case Managers / Case Coordinators also serve as frontline leaders by supervising and developing Behavioral Interventionists while partnering closely with families to coordinate care and ensure high-quality, individualized services. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families every day. Lead and develop a team of dedicated Behavioral Interventionists. Build lasting relationships with families while coordinating impactful services. Work within a collaborative, trauma-informed culture that values innovation and continuous learning. Receive ongoing leadership support and professional development. Join an organization committed to strengthening families and communities.
