About The Position

The Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment of licensed mental health professionals supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF). The recruiter will hire in-person behavioral health providers, including PMHNPs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, LMHCs, and Licensed Clinical Psychologists (LCPs). The role supports a growing behavioral healthcare organization focused on expanding access to care in post-acute settings. Candidates who live in the Central Time Zone are preferred to support recruiting efforts as needed on both the East and West Coasts. The position is listed as remote, with Dallas, Texas shown as the location.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians.
• Strong sourcing and closing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience staffing SNF, ALF, post-acute, or long-term care settings.
• Living in the Central Time Zone to support recruiting efforts on both the East and West Coasts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning.
• Manage offer negotiation, compliance, and licensure alignment.
