Make a Difference! Are you passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change? Do you want to work on a team that genuinely supports one another—through the tough days, the small victories, and everything in between? The Nevada County Behavioral Health Department is excited to welcome a Behavioral Health Therapist to our Clinical Adult Therapy Team. We know this work isn’t always easy, which is exactly why we prioritize teamwork, connection, growth, and humor. If you value compassion, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care, you may be the perfect fit. We are recruiting at the Behavioral Health Therapist I, II, and Licensed level. Please be sure to apply for all levels you wish to be considered for. Every day brings a new story, new learning, and new opportunities to make a difference. You’ll have room to think creatively, refine your clinical skills, and be part of a team where your voice truly matters. On this team, we value authenticity, shared humor, and mutual support just as much as we value strong clinical practice. If you’re someone who brings both heart and skill to your work, we’d love to welcome you aboard.
