UPMC’s Western Behavioral Health’s Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD) team is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist II to join our team! In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and other genetic or developmental conditions. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary group of master’s-level clinicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about working with autistic individuals and committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Your knowledge of therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related behavioral health concerns will help support clients in achieving their goals while fostering growth, independence, and overall well-being.
