Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)
About The Position
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am-7pm. Your Role: Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification
- Significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided)
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required
- You take ownership, are flexible, find solutions, and communicate confidently with physicians and other clinic staff
- You prioritize patients, have strong integrity and work ethic, and offer professional feedback
- You are meticulous, organized, and consistently accurate, even with high workloads

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
- At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience
- Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines
