About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This is an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled during operating hours (7 am-7 pm). The role is based primarily in the Rockville center but requires providing coverage in other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and an equivalent clinical certification.
• Significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast-paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
• Strong grasp of appropriate patient/provider boundaries required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
• Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. Unable to sponsor or assume responsibility for employment visa/work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field.
• At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Meticulously monitor patient responses.
• Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
• Proactively address patient discomfort.
• Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
• Maintain accurate EHR.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
