About The Position

Triangle Springs is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide patient care in its 77-bed hospital. The team values low patient ratios, teamwork, and opportunities for upward mobility and growth. The role supports patients with daily activities, care and therapeutic interventions, and observation, documentation, and communication of changes in patient condition.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities.
• Report changes in patients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Suggest modifications to treatment plans as needed.
